If you have a passion for software development, and experience in the full software development process - this is the role for you! Ideally, you will have strong career aspirations, and will be able to shape the product development of the organisation with your technical leadership and management qualities.

To be considered, you will possess a degree in Software Engineering, along with several years experience in web application development, and demonstrated experience in leading, coordinating and facilitating the software development process.

SeeCare is seeking a self-motivated and innovative person with practical development experience, who can learn new concepts quickly and provide creative solutions to the needs of their user community.

To succeed, you will also need:

  • Strong coding expertise in ASP.NET 3.5 and 4.0, C#, LINQ and T-SQL
  • Expertise in SQL Server 2008 database development and management
  • Experience with Visual Studio 2008/2010
  • Hands-on knowledge of web standards: HTML and CSS
  • Experience with Windows Server 2008 administration

A passion for web application development and following the latest industry news and trends is a must!

Although not essential, experience with developing social networking and Web2.0 technology, DevExpress Tools, Object-Orientated Design and Enterprise Architect, and in development processes such as spiral, incremental and prototyping, will all be highly desirable. Experience with Database Encryption and TDE, and familiarity with e-health and website for mobile devices will also be well regarded.

To be successful, you will need to possess strong communication skills, an enthusiastic demeanor and a drive to succeed. If you're someone with a 'can do' attitude, this could be the job for you!
