About the Opportunity
Want to get out of the workshop and back into the field? This varied role will help you to develop and enhance your skills!
Due to continual expansion, Comcater is looking for a number of full time Field Service Technicians to join their Perth & Sydney offices.
You will primarily be responsible for the repair, commissioning and maintenance of a variety of quality food service equipment in the field, whilst providing a high level of customer service to clients.
Suitable candidates will have excellent problem solving and fault finding skills, as well as being highly organised allowing you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. These roles involve a high degree of customer service, therefore Comcater is seeking self-starting individuals with excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills, as well as a professional personal appearance.
Your level of computer literacy will be above average.
These roles report directly to the relevant State Service Manager or Supervisor, and are backed by Comcater's extensive support network using the latest technology and training methods. Applicants with experience in food service equipment will be highly regarded, although this is not essential.
