Fashion, flair, style... and you

The newly redesigned Carindale Hotel is looking for an experienced Head Chef to join their high end team.

This senior role will see you take on the management of the kitchen operations, including costing and menu development, for a 200+ seat restaurant which offers all day dining with a variety of breakfast, café, restaurant and takeaway options. The brand new equipment and facilities will allow you to produce innovative, modern Australian cuisine with a Mediterranean twist where your passion is your only limit.

You'll be a dedicated leader with experience in managing a team within a large restaurant that provides a exceptional customer service experience. Along with a high financial understanding to enable you to cost and develop multiple menus, you'll be a creative individual who will continually develop menus in line with current and emerging trends. The Carindale Hotel is searching for a well established Brisbane chef who is looking for a new and exciting challenge. Current RSA and Food Safety Certificate are an advantage.

Based within the stylish Westfield Carindale, you'll have convenient access to parking and public transport, as you work a 5 day week with flexible hours, affording you a healthy work/life balance.
