The newly redesigned Carindale Hotel is looking for a Hotel Manager to join their high end team.
This pivotal senior role calls for a highly organised and charismatic individual who will be actively leading the day-to-day workings of this state of the art hotel. Your key focus will be maximising the hotel's business performance as you provide high-level leadership to the hotel team.
Along with solid management experience in Hotel Operations (or similar hospitality environment), you'll be a passionate business leader with a background in managing multi-faceted and high volume operations. You'll be dedicated to upholding the Carindale Hotel's exceptional customer service standards and expectations, and will have an outstanding record of achieving exemplary financial performance through developing large teams and controlling expenses.
Most importantly, you'll be a friendly and sociable people person who has a great eye for detail and an open management style. You will also possess strong skills in food and bar service along with gaming operations that are backed up by a current RSA, RSG, RMLV qualifications and have a current approved manager and gaming licence.
Based within the stylish Westfield Carindale, you'll have convenient access to parking and public transport, as you work a 5 day week with flexible hours, affording you a healthy work/life balance.
