The newly redesigned Carindale Hotel is looking for a Hotel Assistant Manager and a Duty Manager to join their high end team.
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be providing hands-on leadership support for the day-to-day workings of this stylish new hotel. This will involve optimising the business performance as you supervise team members and ensure hotel standards are met and exceeded.
In addition to solid experience within the hospitality industry, you'll be a dedicated leader with the ability to learn and change in line with emerging trends. You'll be committed to providing exceptional customer service, with your high level organisational skills and focus allowing you to excel within a high turnover customer environment with ease.
Your open and approachable communication style will enable you to effectively lead and motivate the hotel team, while your record of excellent financial understanding will ensure expenses are moderated. Your strong skills in food and bar service, as well as gaming operations will be backed up by a current RSA, RSG and RMLV qualifications and have a current approved manager and gaming licence.
Based within the stylish Westfield Carindale, you'll have convenient access to parking and public transport, as you work a 5 day rotating week with flexible hours, affording you a healthy work/life balance.
