The newly redesigned Carindale Hotel is looking for a Restaurant Manager and a Restaurant Supervisor to join their high end team.

These roles will provide an opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals to lead a quality service team, offering customers in the 200+ seat restaurant, a modern Australian cuisine with a Mediterranean twist.

You'll be a proven Manager in a similar large restaurant setting, with the leadership skills to ensure the restaurant team offer an exceptional customer service experience. You'll need a demonstrated history in leading, training developing a large team. The Carindale Hotel is searching for accomplished hospitality all-rounders, with excellent Maître'd skills, as well as experience in a café / coffee shop environment and a current RSA. It would be beneficial to hold your Food Safety Certificate.

Based within the stylish Westfield Carindale, you'll have convenient access to parking and public transport, as you work a 5 day week with flexible hours, affording you a healthy work/life balance.
