OUR COMPANY
The Alex Fraser Group is engaged in four strategic activities: construction and demolition materials recycling, specialist industrial demolition; environmental remediation services; and asphalt production and paving. We operate four production facilities in Melbourne, three in Brisbane and employ around 200 people. The role is based in Eagle Farm in Brisbane.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As our senior technical account manger you will focus on sales of aggregates and road base products to construction and infrastructure customers in metropolitan Brisbane. Based at Eagle Farm, you will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the customer service centre to grow the market for crushed concrete roadbase. You will develop and maintain key account management plans and ensure targets are achieved for both finished product and incoming construction materials for recycling. Importantly, you will also provide technical input to large tenders and special projects.
Your ability to develop and leverage relationships with key construction customers will be the key to your success, so current industry experience is essential. Sales or technical experience with road base products is essential. You must also have demonstrated, superior commercial acumen and negotiation abilities, superior communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
