About the Opportunity
This Dealership has an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Vehicle Fleet Specialist to join their Adelaide team.
This is not an entry-level position and is perfect for a hunter-style sales person with enthusiasm to spare who is looking to progress their career. You will be responsible for selling the entire range of vehicles and genuine accessories in a professional and friendly manner.
More specifically your core duties will include:
- Establishing contact and maintaining close professional relationships with retail customers through mailers, telephone, personal contact and referrals;
- Maintaining records of all enquiries on a daily basis;
- Accompanying customers on demonstrations including retaining control of keys to the vehicle;
- Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of current stock holding and specials as advertised;
- Completing contracts for the sale of new vehicles and delivering sold vehicles in accordance with dealership guidelines.
This Dealership is seeking an enthusiastic, driven and self motivated sales professional with extensive sales experience preferably within the automotive industry (or similar). Previous administration experience, a great memory, enthusiasm and ability to learn on the job are essential as you will be required to remember a variety of product benefits and features.
This role is all about customer service, both on the phone and in person, so you will need exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
You will be required to hold a current Driver's Licence and undertake a police clearance check.
About the Benefits
You’ll start with an OTE $70,000 in your first year, comprising of a generous negotiable base plus an uncapped commission structure! Current high achievers are currently earning in excess of $80,000!
