By 2020 Employment Office will have grown to 2500 staff globally. To reach our goal we need outstanding sales executives to drive our organisational growth into new market nationally and internationally.
We are NOT a recruitment agency; instead we provide our clients with specialised Recruitment Solutions, for a flat fee and give them back control over their recruitment campaigns and candidates. You will be selling a unique and popular service for big rewards. With 10 years in the market, Employment Office has grown substantially over the past few years, and the GFC did nothing to slow us down!
Choose your own path with Employment Office

I knew from my early days at Employment Office that I'd like to be a Team Leader in the business. A new type of Sales Role
As a Sales and Account Executive with Employment Office, your key focus is on sales and bringing in new leads NOT administrative work! You sell the recruitment solutions and oversee the delivery of the service, whilst the fabulous Recruitment Advertising team will use their expertise to assist you throughout the sales process and make sure your client gets the best possible end product. This is an unbundled sales role which leaves you free to generate more leads and ultimately more commission!
