Servicing the domestic arena, MasterComms provides and services TV antennas, satellite dishes, professional home theatre systems, international TV and additional TV points.
Commercial clients can call on the experts at MasterComms for all of their TV, sound system, CCTV camera installations, PA Intercom systems, phone and data point needs.

About the Opportunities
Due to a period of growth, MasterComms have a number of exciting opportunities for qualified Technicians/Installers to join their skilled team, based in Alice Springs.
In this highly autonomous role, you will be conducting installations, maintenance, testing and repairs of Satellites, Televisions, Home Theatre systems and Telephones for residential properties in the Alice Springs area.
MasterComms is seeking enthusiastic 'go getters' with a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously on most projects.
Ideal candidates will require a minimum of 3years technical experience in the following areas:
- Networks
- Satellite VAST
- Austar
- Foreign TV
- TV installations
- TV antennas
- TV points
- Home Theatre set ups
- Telephone and Data (helpful, but not essential)
To be considered, you will need to be both highly organised and time efficient in order to maximise your workload for the day. Candidates must also be physically able to perform each of the functions required for this role, including working in heat, climbing ladders and negotiating confined roof spaces.
Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, along with a professional demeanor will also be integral to your success, as you liaise with a range of different people on a daily basis.
MasterComms predominantly services residences in the Alice Springs Community, however there will be occasional work out bush and in surrounding communities.
You will need to provide copies of any relevant certificates of attainment, trade licenses, and driver's license as well as have a high degree of computer literacy. Candidates must be willing to undergo a Police Check prior to commencement.

MasterComms has made a healthy work / life balance achievable, with Technicians working 8.00am - 4.00pm, Monday - Friday. However, if you're looking for more hours to earn further $$, the company offers you the opportunity to work over and above these regular hours, and will pay you at the same great hourly rate!!
MasterComms will help make the move easier if applying from Interstate, with negotiable rental assistance and/ or a relocation allowance or reimbursement provided for select candidates.
