About the Opportunity

Altec has an exciting opportunity for savvy Sales Superstars to join their teams throughout QLD, specifically in Brisbane and Toowoomba.

These full time Sales Consultant positions will work five days a week and every other Saturday (no appointments on Saturday after 3pm), with the specific aim of selling patio covers and enclosures. You will be following Altec's unique Sales Plan which has proven consistently successful, and you will be provided with qualified leads through Altec's wide reaching and influential advertising program, making your job that much easier!

What’s more you'll also be working with the most popular, high quality product range in the marketplace, with a 10 year workmanship guarantee and interest free finance options.

More specifically, some of your duties will include:

•    Discussing designs and options with clients;
•    Estimating cost of patio covers and enclosure design; and
•    Closing and following up on sales.

To be successful in these positions you will be a self-motivated, self-directed individual with sales experience and the ability to meet and exceed KPIs. On-the-job training will be provided, but it’s up to you where you take your career from there – the sky is the limit!

In return for your commitment, you will receive the chance to earn a great income with commissions equating to highly attractive OTEs of $80k - $120k+ in your first year!

To begin with, you'll undergo 3 months of training, with bonuses paid at each completed stage over the first four weeks.  After this, you'll receive extensive and ongoing training with a selection of career advancement options available for you, and through your whole journey, you'll be supported by an experienced Sales Management and Construction team.
