In the role of Scientist you will be required to adhere to departmental quality system procedures and the occupational health and safety policy and programs in order to uphold laboratory standards and ensure personal and others health and safety in the workplace. You will work cooperatively with work, colleagues, referres and their patients to assist with the provision of reliable and efficient service levels.

To be successful in this position you will require relevant qualifications in Science, Applied Science, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Techniques or the equivalent. Previous experience working within a Biochemistry laboratory is highly desirable.
Ideal candidates will have well developed interpersonal and communication skills and a strong team focus. Initiative and an enthusiasm to take on extra duties within the laboratory is required.
You will also have a high attention to detail and excellent organisation skills, allowing you to effectively prioritise your workload and work accurately and efficiently while unsupervised. Keyboard skills and a flexible approach to your work are also essential.
Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology are seeking flexible and enthusiastic individuals. The Biochemistry department routinely operates a range of shifts between 6am and 2pm weekdays, 7am and 8pm Saturdays plus some On-call Weekends and Public Holiday work.
