Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Purchasing Administrator/ Store Person working between the Sinnamon Park Stores Department and Taringa Transport Department.
Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for effectively responding to internal customer enquiries and processing sales and supplier purchase orders; ensuring deliveries are made on time and in full.
More specifically your key duties will include (but are not limited to):
The successful applicant will have previous experience receiving, picking and managing orders, preferably within a purchase, financial or warehouse/ medical warehouse environment. You will be results and deadline driven with a high attention to detail and commitment to continually reviewing and improving warehouse services and delivery.
This role requires a candidate who holds a Queensland forklift licence and current manual driver’s licence (These are essential to the role). Computer literacy, keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is also essential, whilst an understanding of computer inventory systems (preferably MRP) is highly desirable.
Sullivan Nicolaides is looking for a punctual, self-motivated and team oriented individual with exceptional communication and customer service skills. You will also need to be safety conscious and compliant with a strong commitment to Workplace Health and Safety.
This is an active role within two warehouses and requires the successful candidate to be physically fit and able to lift heavy items and load and unload trucks.
The high level of service provided by Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology is delivered by a dedicated staff comprising of pathologists, scientists, technicians, laboratory assistants, collection personnel, couriers, computer personnel, pathology services assistants and other support staff.

This is a full-time position working standard hours, 7am – 5pm Monday to Friday from both the Sinnamon Park and Taringa Departments.
