About the Opportunity
Comcater has an opportunity for an experienced Relief Office Administrator/Receptionist to join their Derrimut based team on a full time basis.
In this varied role, reporting directly to the Management Accountant, you will provide relief cover for the Reception area during meal breaks, staff absences and annual leave and provide administrative support to all other areas within the Company as may be required.
This is a great chance for a highly organised, 'all round' Administrator who may also have experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable, Sales and Customer Service, Product Support and Service, Logistics and Procurement, HR and/or Marketing to really excel!
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Covering the Reception area - taking incoming calls, messages, dealing with f2f enquiries;
- Accounts Payable & Receivable - processing creditor invoices, assisting with reconciliations, using Great Plains, filing and collating invoices and expenses, and maintaining EFT and creditor account details;
- Customer Service – processing sales orders;
- Product Support assistance – processing invoices and warranty claims;
- Logistics & Procurement – processing purchase orders; and
- Assisting other departments – providing administration assistance as required.
To succeed, you'll need demonstrated experience in both an office environment and an Accounts department, with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy. A willingness to assist in a wide range of departments and positions is essential.
You'll possess excellent communication and customer service skills, including a professional and friendly phone manner, and will have strong computer skills. Experience in using Great Plains will be highly regarded.
