Due to our continued business growth an exciting opportunity has been created for talented and experienced Account Managers or Sales Agents to represent our portfolio of brands within the Mobile Automotive Electronics Division

We are seeking to appoint pro-active and dedicated Account Managers to service part of our Queensland and NSW territories.

The successful applicants will be responsible for building relationships with new as well as existing Channel partners. The aim is to increase revenue by continuing to support and service our customers. To do so you will be driving sales and delivering excellent customer service and sales solutions to our Channel partners.

The primary role of the Account Manager is to be the face of our company and represent to our existing customers a broad range of Automotive Electronic Products. You represent a knowledgeable efficient & professional image of our Company by handling business in a respectful and professional demeanour while maintaining a relationship with our customers. You will, do this through the range of products, identify their needs and complete the sales and service our customers require.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for managing, supporting and servicing the account related needs of an assigned Queensland or NSW territory customer Budget
  • Responsible for product training within your territory amongst all of our Brands
  • Address customer concerns and ensure the resolution of issues are made in a timely manner with the appropriate follow up
  • Ensure regular account communication to key H/O staff
  • Implement sales strategies by determining customer sales trends, market trends, customer needs & objectives.
  • Look for opportunities for growth within existing and new customer base.
  • Achieving the targets set out as part of your Key Performance Indicators

To be successful you will need:

  • Currently or prior experience working as an Account Manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Knowledge of Mobile Electronics Products
  • Results and Target Driven
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to seek opportunities for growth
  • Exposure to Automotive related products (would be desirable)
