An exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of full-time and part-time candidates to join the KFC team in a Trainee / Assistant Management role in the Capalaba, Wynnum, Cleveland, Annerley and Kangaroo Point area.
This role will give you the opportunity to work in a number of different aspects of the daily operations of the business such as shift management, weekly ordering, recruitment and training, rostering, administration and reporting.
KFC is looking for passionate individuals who are looking to further their career and grow professionally!
You will receive highly rewarding training with the Global KFC Training Curriculum, but KFC will also provide nationally recognised training through their Registered Training Organisation, First Impressions Resources. Over the past 10 years, the Company has achieved a 90% completion rate with over 3000 Team Members/Management receiving qualifications – this really is an opportunity to further your career!
The qualifications you can achieve at a Management level include:
- Certificate 3 in Retail
- Certificate 4 in Retail Management
- Diploma of Management
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have at least two (2) years of supervisory or management experience within a similar fast paced customer service role. You will be capable of both leading and working as part of a team and possess an enthusiastic attitude. Excellent communication and people skills are essential to your success. A current QLD Driver's Licence and your own reliable transport is also required for this role.
