About the Opportunity

Impact Lists has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic full time Customer Service Executive (Account Management) to join their South Melbourne team.

In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing a base of existing clients while dealing with new inbound enquiries in an effort to drive  the sales of Impact Lists.

More specifically your duties will include:

  • Attending to incoming telephone and email inquiries from new and existing clients;
  • Identifying suitable list options to meet the clients target audience;
  • Producing quotations;
  • Preparing agreements & invoices and overseeing the ordering and delivery of data;
  • Fostering ongoing relationships with clients.

To be successful in this position you will need to be a self motivated and energetic customer service professional with a proven record of account management success and an excellent work ethic. No formal qualifications are needed, however your confidence, motivation and enthusiasm will be pivotal to your success in this dynamic Customer Service role.

Impact Lists is looking for a candidate with outstanding customer service and communication skills who has the ability to approach, engage and liaise with a wide range of key clients. Your ability to build a strong rapport with clients will be essential.

In addition, you will be highly organised with strong problem solving skills and a high attention to detail enabling you to successfully manage a diverse range of activities simultaneously. You will also have the ability to work productively in a team environment and the personal drive to work autonomously to achieve set targets. Most importantly you will be punctual, reliable and trustworthy, with computer experience in using MS Office applications.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive generous product and target bonuses on top of a competitive base salary of $50,000 - $55,000, based on skills and experience plus super!
