About the Opportunity
Access Prepaid Worldwide has a variety-packed opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join their team in North Sydney.
Supporting the day-to-day HR activities of the business, you'll have two primary responsibilities: administrative support of the HR Department, and advising Managers and employees on organisational policy and employee relations.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will play a pivotal component in Access Prepaid's overall HR function throughout Australia and New Zealand.
More specifically, your duties will include:
- End to end support of the recruitment, selection and onboarding process;
- Evaluating and advising upon managerial initiatives and their relationship to HR policy and employment legislation;
- Managing the annual performance review process;
- Administration of remuneration and benefits processes;
- Management of OHS and Workers Compensation processes;
- Administration of the compliance and regulatory learning curriculum; and
- HR information management and general administration.
This position offers a self-motivated HR professional, with at least 2 years experience in a similar advisory role, the opportunity to develop their skills with a globally-recognised finance company. You'll need broad experience in the field, including exposure to recruitment, performance management, dispute management, OH&S, policy interpretation and employee communications, ideally within the financial services sector.
The Access Prepaid team operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, so you'll need the demonstrated flexibility to manage your tasks and solve problems under changing priorities and tight and competing deadlines.
