The Regatta wants to hear from energetic and well-presented people interested in working as:
- Restaurant Supervisors
- Cafe Supervisors
- Bar Supervisors
- Wait Team Members
- Bar Team Members
We're assembling a highly skilled team of the best hospitality professionals in Brisbane. The Restaurant, Cafe and Bar Supervisors will all need at least 3 years experience working in an equivalent high volume environment, preferably with at least 12 months in a leadership role. Applicants for Wait Team Members require at least 12 months experience working on a restaurant floor, while Bar Team Members are preferred to have relevant bar experience. Applicants for all roles must hold a current RSA.
Applicants for all roles will be well presented, have excellent communication skills and be able to fluently read, write and understand English.

Historic past, exciting future...
For almost 140 years, Brisbane has met, mingled and created their own stories at The Regatta Hotel’s historic bars on Coronation Drive in Toowong. In 2012 this tradition will continue.
The Grand Lady of the Brisbane River has continued this tradition in 2012, recently reopening its doors to the public, following a multi-million dollar refurbishment brought on by the historic 2011 floods. Now the final stage of reopening is ready to launch, with a sophisticated new 200+ seat restaurant to join the iconic hotel standing sentinel over the city. It's time for you to become part of the story.
