About the Organisation
Royans Melbourne was established 28 years ago by Brian Church (current MD David Church's father), Ron Royan and Don Andrews. The business is part of the Royan Group, a family owned and operated business founded by the late Bede Royan in a wood and coal yard in Victoria Road, Parramatta, NSW in 1944. The Royan Group provides specialist repair services to the heavy transport industry, enabling transport operators to fulfill their contractual obligations and maintain their livelihood.
Royan Truck and Trailer Repairs has developed into a business that is now recognised in the transport industry as one whose employees develop lifetime careers (more than 50 per cent of the staff have been with the company more than 10 years) and who go the extra mile to satisfy the needs of customers. In return, the management of Royan Truck & Trailer Repairs strives to provide a secure lifestyle for staff and their families and to ensure loyal employees are given responsibility, trust and industry leading remuneration.
