Do I need any qualifications or specific experience?

An interest in a career in the mortgage industry is essential, with any understanding of your local market advantageous.
To help you kick start your career, Aussie will provide you with an industry recognised training and induction program as well as ongoing training and support from their dedicated sales managers.
This will include the opportunity to obtain your Diploma in Financial Services with this unique company known as the 'university of the business'. After your 3 week induction, you'll also be provided with ongoing support, coaching and training to enable you to build and grow your business.
