About the Opportunity

Due to continued growth, the up and coming Bojangles fashion label has exciting positions for a Store Manager and two casual Retail Sales Assistants to join their Melbourne stores.

Working across their Armadale and Camberwell stores, you will be the face of Bojangles fashion and will provide exceptional service and sales advice to potential customers.

In addition, the Store Manager will be expected to manage the retail shops and staff in an efficient and profitable way in order to achieve the agreed results.

The duties of these hands-on, customer-focused roles will include:

  • Achieving agreed sales, profits and expense levels;
  • Promoting the Bojangles website and internet sales;
  • Planning each sales event to promote on going sales and repeat business;
  • Complete all appropriate paper work and noting all activity in the diary system;
  • Continually updating your knowledge and understanding of the Bojangles product and stores;
  • Attending ongoing training sessions; and
  • Maximising sales and profits.

To be successful in these roles, you will have a demonstrated commitment to customer service, with significant experience in women's retail fashion. You'll be a friendly and approachable 'people person' who will represent the Bojangles brand professionally at all times and feel confident talking to customers, team members and management.

Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be expected to listen closely to customer needs and suggest products that may suit their sense of style. Additionally, you'll be comfortable working within a productive and sales-driven environment, where customer service is key and no inquiry is too small.

The Store Manager position will also require applicants to have experience in leading and motivating a small team, along with the capability to merchandise shops and drive budgets.

All applicants will need the flexibility to work across both locations as needed.

In return for your hard work and dedication, Bojangles will offer you an attractive remuneration, with the Store Manager being rewarded with a $55,000 salary package including super, monthly & quarterly bonuses and a clothing allowance.  As a casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will enjoy an above-award rate of $23 per hour (incl. super) PLUS monthly and quarterly bonuses and a clothing allowance.
