The Opportunity
Employment Office has an exciting opportunity for an EA (Entrepreneurial Assistant!) to join the Brisbane Global Head Office Team, reporting to the Managing Director. Our offices are on the corner of Park Rd and Coronation Dr in Milton.
This role could be full time or part time depending on your preferences.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Spreadsheet, plan and evaluate projects to assist with the management of accounts;
- Preparation of reports;
- Organisation of meetings and minute taking;
- Secretarial duties;
- Administration of processes; and
- Additional ad hoc duties as required.
We are seeking a candidate with a great attitude to their work, fantastic personal presentation, and high energy levels. Experience in bookkeeping would be an advantage but is not essential. Strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn some basic finance processes, is important.
A self motivated and task oriented achiever, you will thrive in an independent working environment, using your excellent time management skills and lateral thinking coupled with a spark of initiative and motivation.
Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential for this position as you liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
