About the Opportunity
Bridgestone Select has an exciting opportunity for two experienced Mechanics to join their team in Richmond, Victoria.
In this role, you will be responsible for growing the business and building the customer base while providing superior mechanical services.
Some of your duties will include (but will not be limited to):
- Log book servicing;
- Brake, steering, suspension and mechanical repairs; and
- Quoting for jobs.
The successful applicant will be a minimum 3rd year apprentice with experience quoting, servicing, and repairing brakes and suspension.
You'll have had exposure to a variety of vehicles in the Australian marketplace including European models, however this isn't essential. You'll work closely with management to develop budgets and will be incentivised to exceed them. Your responsibilities will include the future management of apprentices as your career grows.
In this customer focused role, you'll use your communication skills to liaise with customers and use your sale skills to upsell services and extras, while providing outstanding customer service. You'll be a reliable and outgoing team player who is proactive and motivated to continually grow the business. Computer literacy is also a must in this role.

In reward for your hard work and dedication, you'll receive an attractive salary circa $55,000 - $65,000 (subject to experience) including super plus (easily attained) monthly sales incentives. You'll clear over $800 per week before the additional injection of your incentives.
