About the Opportunity
Are you looking to grow your Controls Engineering career in a company that appreciates your hard work?
Due to continued growth, Doust Automation & Control (DAC) has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Controls Engineer to join their team in Tuggerah, NSW. This role will also include occasional travel to Sydney as required.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the engineering aspects of the building automation including drawings, system design, program code, graphical work, network configuration and integration.
To be successful, you'll be tertiary qualified (minimum level 3/4) in an IT or Electrical discipline and will have broad IT knowledge. In particular, you'll need:
- Knowledge of digital control systems;
- Knowledge of HTML, ASP, PHP, VB & XML languages;
- Experience with database queries and reports;
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN's;
- Documentation experience - MS Office suite & Visio; and
- Electrical, HVACR and/or mechanical system knowledge an advantage.
Importantly you will also have excellent communication skills to enable you to work effectively with project managers and site staff.
