This Role:

SCOUT is on the lookout for a driven Business Development Manager (eRecruitment Software) to join our team in Milton, Brisbane.

In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to make your mark as you build and develop profitable relationships with clients as you bring SCOUT software in to their businesses. You'll be responsible generating new business and developing a portfolio of key accounts and you'll execute your enterprise sales process through a combination of phone based business development, face-to-face and web meetings.

We're Looking For:

An engaging Business Development professional with a unique and innovative approach to the Enterprise Sales Process.  The key to your success will be your ability to identify agile organisations and create a solution based on their current business processes. 

To be excel in this role, you'll have extensive sales experience and the ability to proactively generate your own leads and seek out new business.  Importantly, you'll be an exceptional listener and will know that prospective clients want to talk about their business, not yours.  You'll also be personable and well presented with outstanding communication skills which ensure that you are adept at building relationships with prospective clients.

First and foremost, your earning potential during your first year with the business will be between $90,000 and $100,000 plus, with a generous uncapped commission scheme, you'll be given the opportunity to earn over and above this figure.
