About the Opportunity
Australian Energy Systems has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join their friendly team in Springwood, QLD as a Sales & Customer Service Representative.
Providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for providing effective sales support to existing customers. In addition, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling bookings in conjunction with the service team.
Your duties will include (but not limited to):
- Developing the servicing area of the business;
- Booking all services;
- Ensuring services are completed on time;
- Working to KPI's;
- Scheduling daily run sheets for the service team; and
- Maintaining and managing the client database (CRM).
Australian Energy Systems, is looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and driven sales-person to join their friendly team.
To be successful, you'll need a background in a sales and customer service environment along with outstanding communication skills and an excellent phone manner so you can build strong relationships with customers.
Importantly, you'll be a team player with strong problem-solving and time management skills that will be essential to your success as you'll work autonomously to achieve set targets.
Experience using a CRM database is essential. You will not be required to travel in this role, however you will need access to and from work, as public transport is limited in Springwood.
