Analytica Limited is offering a talented Marketing Manager (Female) the opportunity to join their professional team and decide their own conditions:
- Choose Full Time or Part Time hours to suit your lifestyle;
- Home-based role, so you can be based in either Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane, with the understanding you will need to travel occasionally.
Within this role, you'll be responsible for the creation and implementation of effective marketing strategies for a breakthrough perineometer device that is expected to have huge economic and social impacts across healthcare systems worldwide. With the majority of your day-to-day work done by internet, email and phone, you'll be able to work from home, with some travel involved.
Being a small company, you'll need to be a 'jack of all trades' within this role, but you can expect your daily duties to include:
- Generating media interest in the product across a wide range of both traditional and social media platforms;
- Presenting yourself as a product expert to relevant stakeholders; and
- Creating comprehensive marketing strategies to increase product and brand awareness across the industry.
Analytica is looking for a Marketing Manager who has significant experience in the the marketing industry in a similar role, preferably in medical device marketing. Additional experience in fast moving consumer goods and/or telco marketing will be highly regarded. You'll be familiar with both tradition media and social media mediums and will be able to use them to best promote your product. Additionally, you will have a demonstrated ability to productively work remotely.
This product will be entirely yours to market and the organisation will rely on your experience, creativity and initiative to really get the product out there and generate interest. It is essential that the successful applicant personally use the product, and will be able to draw from their own personal experience in creating their marketing strategy. You will be able to work well autonomously and will need to be self motivated and dedicated to getting the job done.
Given the off-site nature of this role, you'll need to be reliable in working to plans and deadlines, as well as have access to reliable high-speed broadband access. A strong familiarity with IT systems and products such as laptops, internet, teleconferencing, CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and reporting is essential. You will be expected to travel occasionally (both interstate and international) with associated travel costs covered.
You must be an Australian citizen or have the existing right to work in Australia to apply. Due to the nature of the product, the successful applicant must be female (which complies with Section 51 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977).
