Their Exhibition and Custom Stand team designs, manages and delivers custom solutions for a range of corporate and exhibition customers, creating compelling and bespoke 3D marketing solutions.

About the Opportunity

Moreton Hire has an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven Production Coordinator to join their Exhibition and Custom Stand team, based in Kingsgrove, Sydney.

Reporting to the State Exhibition Manager, this role will be responsible for delivering custom and upgraded solutions for a range of corporate and exhibition clients.  

More specifically, your duties will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Delivering customised service solutions;
  • Coordinating multiple projects within set time frames;
  • Liaising with key internal and external parties to ensure project requirements are met;
  • Handing over sales on site for the Project Manager, including interstate operational departments;
  • Monitoring cost reports and quote requests; and
  • Liaising with Production Coordinators, new and existing clients and all levels of internal staff.

Moreton Hire is seeking applications from individuals with proven experience in the Events industry and/or strong administration and production experience in other industries. You'll have a dynamic attitude to your work and the ability to deal with challenging deadlines therefore, your time management and organisational skills will be second to none.

The successful applicant will be a creative and innovative individual, who can use their initiative and strong communication skills to solve problems. Importantly, you'll have a commitment to exceptional customer service and developing strong professional relationships.

Excellent computer literacy is a requirement of this role. Specifically, you'll be expected to have proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
