Do your mates have what it takes to join the Flight Centre Associates team?

When it comes to superstars, we believe it takes one to know one. 

Refer your friends, family, or former colleagues and we’ll reward you with $250 when they're hired and have passed their 3 month anniversary.

Referrals will be given the VIP treatment and fast tracked to a telephone interview.

Please note that you must be a current FCA who has been with the brand for longer than six months to use this referral form, and the referral only applies to applicants not currently working for another FC brand or business.
 
Your referral will bring:

  • Expertise in reservation systems and at least 1 year of travel sales experience
  • The drive and persistence to build their own business from the ground up
  • Experience working in a customer service and sales environment with a genuine desire to effectively help their customers
  • Travel experience and a passion for travel, ideally having visited a variety of overseas destinations

What you need to do:

  1. Make sure you have a copy of your referral’s CV or resume to enter their details
  2. Next comes the question section. This is where you need to enter your own details and answer a few quick questions (not your referral details, they come next).
  3. After you hit 'apply', you'll then have the opportunity to upload the resume of the person you're referring
  4. A confirmation email will then be sent to your referral, letting them know we have received an application on their behalf

After following these few simple steps, you'll be well on your way to collecting your reward!  Someone from the Careers team will be in contact with your candidate within the next business day to fast track their application.
