About the Opportunity
Due to their continued growth and expansion, V-Mark Design has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Real Estate Floor Planner to join their team based in Waitara, Sydney, NSW.
Using state of the art software, tablets and laser measuring devices you will be required to measure up existing homes and produce marketing plans using AutoCAD. You will also be required to prepare files for print & web and deliver to the client.
To be successful in this role you will have a thorough working knowledge of AutoCAD coupled with a flair for learning new software. Previous experience in drafting or interior design will be highly regarded. Formal qualifications in a relevant field would be considered favourably although this is not essential.
V-Mark Design is seeking applications from professional, self-motivated and autonomous candidates, who can effectively complete a wide range of floor planning duties with minimal supervision. You'll be well organised, have excellent problem solving skills and demonstrate the ability to use initiative when managing numerous tasks and meeting deadlines.
You'll also have well developed communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to liaise confidently and professionally with colleagues, clients and real estate agents. Importantly, your efficient approach and excellent work ethic will ensure you complete projects in a timely and accurate manner.
Candidates will also require access to a reliable vehicle and a current driver's licence.
