About the Opportunity

imei has rewarding opportunities for Customer Service Specialists to join their growing, close-knit team in Frenchs Forest, Northern Beaches in Sydney. The positions are full-time and you will need to be available to support customers on a rotating shift between 8.30am and 8.30pm Monday to Friday.

Working within the Operations Division, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and problem solving for our big-name corporate clients. This is a unique opportunity for a "people focused" individual, with exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering high quality service, to get their foot in the door with a growing and highly successful organisation.

Some of your duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Supporting corporate customers via telephone and email enquiries;
  • Working to service quality KPI's;
  • Problem solving for customers; and
  • Data entry and administration. 

To be considered for these positions, you will be energetic with customer service, retail or administration experience. You must be solutions focused, with a professional phone manner, good listening skills and high-level of attention to detail. 

These roles require the successful candidates to have strong computer literacy in order to use the appropriate business hardware, including Outlook, Word and Excel and other internal systems. Additionally, you'll possess highly developed and effective written and verbal English communication skills. Your ability to disseminate information for the client to help them reach the desired outcome will be essential for your success in this role. In addition, you will be a self motivated 'go getter' who is able to work comfortably and accurately in corporate and fast paced team environment.
