About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a General Practitioner to join their team of GPs and Registered Nurses in the Mid North Coast region of NSW.  Ideally you'll have been trained in Australia or the UK but GPs that are eligible to practice medicine without restrictions in Australia will also be considered. You must be able to work without supervision.

Your workload will be evenly split between private patients and bulk bill patients and you'll also have the opportunity to act as Visiting Medical Officer at the local hospital and visit local aged care facilities, offering you strong variety in the picturesque location. Your work as Visiting Medical Officer with the local, 48 bed community hospital with be undertaken on a 1 day on, 9 days off roster. The hospital provides acute care, sub-acute rehabilitation and also has a palliative care unit.
