About the role
As the Client Support Specialist (HR & Recruitment) within SCOUT's global head office in Milton, Brisbane, you'll be working across a varied and exciting blend of human resources support, customer service and technical assistance for clients using our cloud-based recruitment system to streamline their hiring processes.
You'll be responsible for continuing the training process and helping clients make the most out of the system, as well as troubleshooting issues, finding solutions and offering advice.
It's an invaluable role that ensures our clients are delighted with their investment, and it paves the way for continued growth for our agile and exciting company. It's also a role poised for growth into new areas for the right candidate, as you'll be working closely with business leaders to identify opportunities and improve the client experience.
Your main duties will include:
- Managing and responding to client inquiries through a variety of contact methods;
- Providing HR / recruitment support and advice to clients;
- Managing the implementation / set-up process for our new clients;
- Escalating technical issues to our development team, following up to ensure timely resolution, and providing ongoing client updates; and
- Facilitating in-person and web-based training sessions for clients on how to use SCOUT.

You work fast and you work hard, and you never let a task slip through the cracks. Ideally, you'll also have existing knowledge of Human Resources; however a passion to kick off a career in this exciting and dynamic industry will ensure you're considered.
