About the Opportunity
A to Z Auto & Diesel Services is currently seeking a skilled Shop Foreman to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta.
Working in a friendly team environment, you will be responsible for:
- The general organization of the Shop;
- Preparing repair orders - including sales, ordering, invoicing and locating stock;
- Providing technicians with accurate information and supplying parts in a timely manner;
- Coordinating and monitoring appropriate inventory levels;
- Assisting with loading and unloading of delivery trucks;
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction at all times; and
- Other duties as assigned.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. We are looking for a dependable and motivated employee with a positive attitude and outstanding work ethic. You will need to have excellent communication skills, superior organizational skills and always aim to exceed our customer’s expectations.
Experience with a computer-based inventory system is desirable however, training will be provided. Computer literacy is essential, as is the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technology. Additionally, you will be physically able to carry out the work.
A Class 1 or 3 Drivers License is an asset.
