Advertising and marketing in the recruitment space is a diverse, exciting and challenging area. Employment Office rises to the task each day, creating robust and innovative campaigns and collateral that reach out to active and passive candidates across a wide range of industries and locations.
As a Marketing & Advertising Executive working from Employment Office's global HO, you'll not only spearhead key marketing initiatives for the organisation, but play an integral role in creating innovative, effective and exciting recruitment marketing initiatives for our key clients including Flight Centre Travel Group. From driving localised strategic partnerships with educational institutions to strategising national brand awareness, engagement and recruitment campaigns on every medium available - if you can demonstrate great ROI for the client, EO will support you to deliver it. You'll be backed not only by the company, but also by a team of Recruitment Advertisers who'll help deliver your tactics and turn ideas into great hires.

You've got a few years of marketing experience under your belt. You've managed a varied range of marketing projects (with equally varied goals) from conception, delivery and reporting to very happy clients returning for more. You're a real team player, and enjoy the camaraderie that comes from working alongside people just like you: dedicated, driven, smart and reliable. You work hard, and you play hard.
In the workplace, you're incredibly organised and meticulous, and can coordinate projects amongst a diverse team. When it comes to client liaison, you're also a smooth operator, looking the part with your polished presentation and wowing stakeholders with your competency, confidence and charisma.
You're also looking for a new opportunity. You're moving on to apply your skills in a different area, and pick up some new ones along the way.
