About the Opportunity 

Lifetime Connect has a fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager to join their dynamic team in Nambucca Valley, NSW on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the office and systems of Lifetime Connect are working efficiently and effectively, by providing a high level of administration support to the team.

More specifically, some of your key duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Managing day-to-day office operations, while developing and implementing new administrative systems;
  • Addressing enquiries efficiently and providing exceptional service to internal and external customers;
  • Compiling reports and maintaining the asset register;
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail systems;
  • Assisting senior staff with special projects; and
  • Managing and maintaining social media and websites.

To be successful in this role, you will have a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent, with strong experience in general office administration. Experience working in a community organisation will be advantageous, as would knowledge of the aged and community service industry.

A self-motivated, confident and highly organised professional, you'll be able to effectively manage your time and balance competing priorities effectively. You'll also have strong computer skills with a good grasp on the use of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Your advanced interpersonal, communication and networking skills will be important to effectively work in a team environment to maximise effectiveness and efficiency. An ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds, along with your dynamic personality, will be key to your success in this role.
