About the Opportunities

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager our client is seeking two self-motivated and hard-working full time Business Development Managers to join their driven team. One position covers Queensland & Northern Territory (based out of Brisbane or the Gold Coast) while the other covers Victoria & Tasmania (based out of Melbourne).

Using your sales experience and leveraging off an existing client base, you'll be generating and maintaining profitable client relationships through the development and execution of business development strategies. 

More specifically your duties will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Regularly travelling within your state(s) to meet with key clients;
  • Delivering sales presentations;
  • Negotiating and closing sales opportunities;
  • Effectively merchandising all company products;
  • Providing in-store training; and
  • Researching and developing new business opportunities.

As a self-motivated key member of the sales team, you will need a strong background in selling, combined with a high level of demonstrated skill in business development, customer service and account relationship management. Your ability to work autonomously will be the key to your success in this role.

With your strong attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills, you will have no problem working in this fast-paced environment as you put forth your personable, positive attitude and dedication to customer service.

Importantly, you will be a self-starter, who possesses an unsurpassed drive and enthusiasm, strong verbal and written communication skills and a natural desire to win new business. Demonstrable computer skills including the MS Office suite, Email and Web are also a requirement.
