OUR COMPANY
The Alex Fraser Group is engaged in two strategic activities: construction and demolition materials recycling, and asphalt production and paving. We operate five facilities in Melbourne, two in Brisbane and employ around 260 people. The role is predominantly field-based with some time in head office at Derrimut.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a rare opportunity to join a growing independent asphalt company known for a positive customer-focused culture and contracting excellence.
You will manage the company’s profiling operations across metropolitan Melbourne. You will work with customers from first contact, preparing tenders and quotations, through to project delivery and invoicing. You will also plan safe work methods, co-ordinate hire equipment, float moves, and prepare management reports. Typical equipment is a 2m profiler with bobcat mill and suction sweeper.
You must have significant experience as an asphalt profiling Manager/Supervisor. You must also be a great communicator and be confident setting high standards for safety and quality with your supervisors and crews. You will be highly organized, self-motivated and fastidious in your approach. Basic computer literacy is also a must.
