You will have a natural affinity with sales and customer service. You are a goal oriented self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You excel at building trusted relationships and frequently go ‘the extra mile’ to deliver outstanding service to your customers. You are confident in your telephone manner and enjoy presenting in front of people. You are tech- savvy. You relish in learning new things and are constantly up-skilling yourself in the latest technology. You also love to read- you love books and enjoy introducing others to new authors and reading experiences.
In a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment, you will be a master at juggling competing demands with ease and possess unparalleled time-management skills.
Perhaps you are currently working in a bookstore where your passion for books and knowledge of authors is renowned amongst staff and customers alike. Maybe you are the go-to person in your group for book recommendations. Whatever this may look like it comes down to one key fact: you love literature and are confident in your ability to provide world-class service and build long-term relationships with customers.
About the opportunity
Bolinda has two exciting opportunities for customer-focussed, passionate, Graduate Account Executives to join their dynamic digital team in Melbourne, VIC.
In this fast-paced and varied role, you will be responsible for helping institutional customers of BorrowBox (Bolinda’s digital download solution) build the world’s best eBook and audiobook collections by providing specialist advice on Bolinda’s content, products and services.
You will act as an ambassador for the BorrowBox solution and will ensure customers have exceptional experiences with BorrowBox by assisting them with their content needs as well helping them navigate the BorrowBox technology.
