About the Opportunity

Bolinda has two exciting opportunities for highly-skilled, collaborative, Account Managers to join their dynamic team. There are opportunities available in Melbourne and Sydney. 

In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for forging strong, long-lasting client relationships to provide ongoing account management and sales support to institutional customers of the BorrowBox platform. Additionally, you'll be responsible for driving new sales in your territory, as well as ensuring the growth of your existing accounts.

To be considered for this role, you'll be able to demonstrate your experience working as an account manager in a B2B environment. This role requires you to show high levels of empathy and understanding with your clients as you work with long sales cycles, but still have the sales nous to be able to push for a close when needed. A mature attitude, and a genuine, no-nonsense approach to your customers is essential for this role.

You'll possess finely tuned communication and interpersonal skills, and will be able to to work collaboratively with a wide range of customers. Previous experience working alongside government agencies, schools and councils would be advantageous, but is not essential for this role.

Importantly, you'll have a driving passion for literature and will be inspired by the latest trends in digital publishing and distribution. You'll be able to work with your clients to implement innovative, technology based solutions to help drive use of the BorrowBox platform. 

Ideally, you will have experience with CRM software, particularly Sales Force.

Your passion, dedication and hard work will be rewarded with an attractive base salary circa $85,000 - $90,000, negotiable in line with experience.
