About the Opportunities

To support and continue their success as a leading Australian retailer, Seed Heritage is looking for two Concession Supervisors to manage either a Women's or Children's Seed Heritage concession sites pad within a major department store in Castle Hill and one Concession Supervisor (Children's) to lead their Liverpool team.

In these roles, you'll effectively lead and manage a team to achieve the company's financial and branding objectives, including sales, wages and shrinkage targets, customer service, administration and visual merchandising standards.

More specifically, your duties will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Driving and encouraging a sales and service culture, assessing sales targets, and ensuring high levels of staff presentation;
  • Effectively rostering staff, maintaining wage percentages and managing training allowances;
  • Managing shrinkage levels through maintaining effective security standards, stock processing and control;
  • Ensuring visual merchandising standards are as per Seed Heritage directives, and ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained;
  • Completing required paperwork and administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner; and
  • Effectively leading, motivating and developing your team, including performing inductions, performance management, training and conflict management.

Requirements

To be considered, you'll require at least 12 months high-volume concession pad management experience, ideally within an apparel brand. Proven experience managing and motivating a medium to large-sized team to achieve company objectives is vital, and you'll be able to lead by example to ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered consistently to all who enter your Seed Heritage concession pad. Outstanding interpersonal skills are a must!
