About the Opportunity

Currently, Dunlop Ford Sales is seeking a highly organized Office Manager to join their team in Lethbridge, Alberta.

Within this varied and challenging role you will direct and supervise the daily office activities and ensure the office functions efficiently.

Your key areas of responsibility will include: 

  • Car Deal Processing 
  • Month End Financial Statements
  • Payroll
  • Human Resources 
  • Administration 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a college or university education in administration and/or business coupled with a solid understanding of accounting and administrative management. Related experience (minimum 3 years) is essential, preferably within a dealership environment. 

As a valued member of our administrative team you will display excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to effectively manage staff. Naturally you'll be a skilled multi-tasker who is extremely organized and who can be relied up on to manage your time effectively. 

Knowledge of computer software programs and solid analytical skills are essential.
