About this opportunity...

We have a career-defining opportunity for a talented and driven leader to join our business. You will lead and grow an existing team of Recruitment Advertising Specialists, to execute successful recruitment advertising campaigns that meet our clients' objectives. You will also seek to continually review and (where needed) improve our advertising operations function - assessing workflows, processes and systems to ensure your team is delivering (or exceeding) or clients' expectations every time.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, developing and mentoring a team of high performing advertising operations professionals
  • Leading by example by delivering/executing a portion of our incoming advertising work yourself
  • Fostering strong relationships between the Advertising team and our Sales/Account Management teams to ensure effective collaboration and the best outcomes for our clients
  • Reviewing current systems and processes, and improving where necessary to create efficiencies across the business
  • Managing incoming advertising tasks and priorities across the team using Salesforce
  • Working with other key stakeholders in the business including Marketing, Software, Shortlisting and Finance

We're looking for someone with advertising experience and proven leadership skills. You're highly focused, value operational excellence and enjoy working with systems and processes.

You've demonstrated persistence in previous roles or through life experiences and as a result, you know it takes a couple of years to build a foundation in a new job. You understand, and have experienced, coaching and training to get results. You're always hungry to learn from successful leaders and mentors, and you want to surround yourself with them.
