About the Opportunity
Currently, NujeN is seeking a Sheet Metal Journeyman to join their team in Edmonton, AB.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all sheet metal processes at NujeN are finished to specification, run smoothly, and are completed effectively and efficiently.
In this active role, you will:
- Study blueprints, specifications and work orders to assess installation and maintenance required;
- Plan and execute sheet metal jobs based on established priorities and available resources;
- Assist in, or perform complex sheet metal jobs;
- Supervise an onsite crew of apprentices to ensure effectiveness and adherence to safety standards;
- Other duties as required.
To apply for this role, you will need a Certified Journeyman Ticket, a valid Driver’s License, and preference will be give to those who are Red Seal certified.
We are looking for a technically-minded individual with experience in the mechanical service industry. You will also join NujeN with developed mechanical skills, and because you will need to relay your ideas in a clear concise manner, you will need to be an experienced communicator with a good command of the English language.
