An amazing opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic Shortlisting & Recruitment team in St Kilda Road, Melbourne.
You will be an exceptional people person who will enjoy coordinating recruitment processes on behalf of our clients, whom span across a wide range of industry sectors and locations. You can expand and develop your recruitment skills through the variety this role offers. One day you may be helping to recruit a Registered Nurse and the next it could be a CEO!
This role will involve delivering on all facets of the recruitment process as agreed with our clients up-front. We customise solutions that have been tailored to our clients needs, and we don't charge placement fees! You have the opportunity to review and rank candidate applications using our unique Candidate Management System (SCOUT) and will often conduct detailed, role specific behavioural telephone interviews.

This is NOT a cold-calling sales role, rather you will be using you recruitment skills to find the perfect fit for our clients.
This role is challenging, varied and rewarding. Your experience in relationship-building and analysing and interpreting candidate responses will be paramount to your success.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or client service/support. Applicants coming from a recruitment agency or internal recruitment background will be highly regarded. Relevant qualifications would also be desirable.
We are looking for a confident, motivated and articulate applicant with an understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to internally market and develop our product. The successful candidate will be highly focused, accountable and have a genuine drive to exceed expectations. Adaptability is paramount as you will be dealing with an array of organisations in the private, government and not-for-profit sectors.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a work style that demonstrates integrity and professionalism at all times.
The role also offers many opportunities to liaise with colleagues and candidates, and will suit a people person who can communicate with all levels of corporate and industrial staff. A high level of computer literacy, accuracy, and attention to detail are paramount.

We strongly believe in rewarding our people for a job well done – and our salary structure reflects this. The starting package for this position is circa $55,000 - $60,000 which will include a base salary and super, and a performance-based incentive structure.
