Work with us to help businesses solve critical challenges

Recruitment is very important. And we're not just saying that because this is a job ad. If a business owner, manager or leader wants to achieve and exceed his/her goals, and outperform the competition, they need to be able to firstly attract the best talent - regardless of industry. Price Waterhouse Cooper's latest CEO survey shows Australian CEO's list 'availability of key skills' as one of their top four biggest threats.

However, it’s often difficult and expensive to attract that talent. An organisations HR department may be stretched thin, or those staff may not have the skills or resources needed - such as copywriting, conducting interviews or managing dozens upon dozens of candidate applications, to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.

Employment Office solve these challenges for businesses every day. Sales is great when you have great product to sell. Employment Office has a suite of highly customisable products to suit any size business and recruitment need. These products are highly effective and transparent and can be delivered at a fraction of the cost of our competitors.

delivered at a fraction of the cost of our competitors.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive. You’ll be engaging with key stakeholders in enterprise level organisations in order to discover their key recruitment needs, helping to facilitate effective and highly customised recruitment solutions. You’ll have extensive experience in business to business sales, with the knowledge and skills to be able to engage with key stakeholders in various levels within an organisation.

Working with a diverse team of industry specialists, and engaging with outside assistance as required, you’ll be orchestrating the development, implementation and delivery of customised recruitment solutions including employer branding, candidate attraction, shortlisting and interviews, right up to the onboarding stages.

Do you have what it takes?

You know the business world, and the contemporary recruitment landscape, like the back of your hand, and will be more than comfortable negotiating highly complex enterprise sales. These sales won’t be transactional, but will be about creating and adding value for an organisation. As such, you’ll be ready to spend extensive time building and nurturing lasting relationships well before making the sale in order to truly understand the complexity of each organisation’s recruitment needs.

You’ll be well versed in engaging large corporations, with the ability to successfully work with key stakeholders through a number of levels within the organisation. You will be able to decisively choose the best way to begin conversations within the organisation, alongside how to progress these conversations through the organisation in order to get the entire corporation on board.

You’ll need to have an innovative and strategic approach to how you deliver to clients, taking the time to tailor each campaign to their individual needs. You’ll be a strong negotiator, with the ability to bring the right people together in order to successfully develop and execute each of these campaigns you create.

You’re a forward thinking, with a strength in planning and the ability to successfully forecast future pain points and road blocks that organisations will face in regards to recruitment. You’ll be armed and ready to develop solutions for these problems well before they happen, engaging in a proactive and growth-focused approach in your recruitment solutions.

Most importantly, you’ll have a proven track record of success in a recruiting, HR, or business consulting position and will have the experience and credibility needed to engage with senior contacts in the businesses we work with.

Why Employment Office?

Because the work we do is important and innovative, you’ll want to be a part of it. You’ll be entering a pivotal role in the organisation, engaging our largest clients and working with them for the long term to really revolutionise the way they recruit. You’ll be providing honest, professional products that are carefully tailored to their specific needs.

We have a culture of ownership and autonomy. We believe the best people should be paid ‘above market’. You’ll enjoy a highly competitive remuneration package including an attractive commission structure. You’ll be joining an organisation with ongoing mentoring and support, with real opportunities to continue refining your skills and progressing your career.

Our organisation structure is egalitarian, flat, and built around small, supportive teams. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll enjoy fantastic independence alongside the ability to gain unrivalled support and guidance.

Additionally, you’ll be joining a workplace filled with professionals that truly love what they do. The atmosphere is friendly and vibrant, with social events happening on a weekly basis.

There's always someone to share a moment with at EO

At EO we put an emphasis on connection - not just with our clients, but also with each other. You'll find group workouts taking place in our boardroom, running and cycling buddies trailing along the river, and constant laughter throughout the office. We truly value each other's company and enjoy strengthening the bonds we continue to build.

We find these connections translate to our daily working environment where teamwork plays a key role. The success of our organisation relies on the ability of our people to work as a whole to produce exceptional outcomes.

We consider ourselves incredibly lucky that we've built a family in which we can be ourselves. Our people come from all different walks of life, but share the same mindset.

Be recognised for your contributions

We believe in rewarding effort and achievement.

At EO you'll enjoy an attractive remuneration package, comprised of a base salary plus uncapped commissions and a generous bonus scheme. You'll also enjoy a host of benefits including Global and operational mobility with our global EO network, and Fresh fruit and snacks provided in the office.

In line with our culture of recognition and reward, if you've exceeded your weekly forecast you'll receive 2 hours off the following Monday morning or that immediate Friday afternoon (your choice!). Put simply, you'll receive a total of 12 additional days off per year just for doing your job!

We also reward our top performers at monthly celebrations. Whether we're jumping on trampolines at bounce, learning to paint masterpieces, or singing karaoke, these nights allow us to celebrate our wins and take a break from the daily grind.

For those outstanding individuals that go above and beyond each month, we also host an annual, all expenses paid conference weekend in an exotic international location. In the past we've been to Vegas, Singapore, Cancun, Paris, and Hawaii to name a few. Next year we're jetting off to Japan!
