About the Opportunity
Priceline Pharmacy Yamba has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Store Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. As the Store Manager, you’ll be managing two pharmacies across Yamba, including managing staff, rostering, budgeting and merchandising.
Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Carrying out staff performance management;
- Being the first point of contact for staff conflict;
- Motivating staff and fostering a positive work environment
- Creating and managing staff rosters;
- Implementing the visual merchandising plans for stores;
- General store maintenance; and
- General administration duties.
Priceline Pharmacy Yamba are searching for a motivated and energetic Store Manager, with prior experience in retail management, with pharmacy/chemist management being viewed favourably. You’ll have exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to lead your teams by example.
You’ll be a passionate leader, with the ability to motivate your team and foster a positive working environment. You’ll have strong communication skills with well-developed conflict resolution skills as you act as the first point of contact for staff related issues.
You’ll be confident and outgoing, as you liaise with local practitioners and establish effective working relationships. With the ability to achieve outstanding results, you’ll lead your teams to meet all targets and KPIs. Above all, you’ll be a warm and welcoming leader, who is not only ready to join these close-knit teams, but ready to become a valued member of the Yamba community.

Priceline Pharmacy Yamba would like to offer the successful candidate with an attractive remuneration package of $50,000 - $56,000 plus super, depending on skills and experience. You’ll also enjoy working a roster with rotating weekends.
