About this Opportunity

Employment Office currently has an opportunity available for a professional Digital Copywriter or Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team in a full time or part time basis. 

Working within the recruitment advertising team, you'll be responsible for creating innovative and compelling content for our client's recruitment campaigns. We help our clients present their organisation as an employer of choice by developing advertising copy tailored to the target candidate market and highlighting the client's employer brand. Our goal is to identify and highlight the unique benefits that each client has to offer and deliver advertising copy that promotes our clients as great places to work. 

As a Digital Copywriter, you'll be working directly with our clients and our sales teams to gather information and develop the content strategy. Supported by a team of advertising specialists, you'll have the opportunity to focus on content creation for the advertising team to deliver to market. 

To be successful in this position, you'll need qualifications and experience in marketing or communications as well as demonstrated experience copywriting for digital or online campaigns. Knowledge of SEO and keywords is essential for your success as is a high level of attention to detail. It probably doesn't need to be said, but strong written communication skills as well as a flair for creative language is a must. 

Importantly, you'll be a team player, able to work in a high pressured environment as required and willing to get stuck in where required to get the job done.
