About the Opportunity
Pacific Industries has multiple opportunities for Depot Managers (Sales & Logistics) to join their teams based in the Niugini Islands, PNG, on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the operations of the depot, including logistics, and sales operations, in order to maintain timely and efficient service delivery.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership and support to the depot team, including administration, warehouse, and sales staff;
- Maintaining warehouse stock levels and ordering inventory from head office;
- Overseeing warehouse operations, including machinery and plant maintenance; and
- Liaising with local clients as a support to the sales team.
Pacific Industries are seeking a candidate who has prior demonstrated experience within similar depot management positions, with a particular focus on staff and performance management. Strong leadership skills coupled with a pragmatic, resilient approach will be key to your success in this position.
